Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Trestle Creek RV Park website (tcrvpark.com) or staying at our park, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Reservations and Payments

• Reservation requests are subject to availability and confirmation by management
• A deposit may be required to secure your reservation
• Full payment is due upon check-in unless other arrangements are made
• Rates are subject to change without notice
• Additional fees may apply for extra vehicles, pets, or guests

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled arrival to receive a refund of your deposit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival or no-shows will forfeit the deposit. Please contact us directly to discuss any cancellation.

Park Rules and Conduct

Guests agree to abide by all park rules, including but not limited to:

• Quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM
• Speed limit of 5 MPH within the park
• All vehicles must be self-contained
• Pets must be leashed and supervised at all times (see Pet Policy)
• No open fires except in designated areas
• Dispose of trash and waste properly
• Respect other guests and park property
• No illegal activities

Management reserves the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave for violation of park rules or disruptive behavior, without refund.

Vehicle Requirements

• Only RVIA-manufactured RVs are accepted unless pre-approved by management
• Maximum RV length is 42 feet
• All RVs must be in good condition and properly maintained
• Vehicles must display current registration and insurance

Liability and Damages

Guests are responsible for any damage to park property, facilities, or other guests' property caused by themselves, their guests, or their pets. Trestle Creek RV Park is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guest property, vehicles, or belongings. Guests stay at their own risk.

Website Use

When using our website, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information in all forms
• Not attempt to interfere with the website's functionality
• Not use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Not submit false or fraudulent reservation requests

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Trestle Creek Enterprises, LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bonner County, Idaho.
